Imagination Station Child Care Center, Inc located in Lewiston, New York

We are a New York State licensed daycare facility through the Office of Children and Family Services. Our facility hours are Monday through Friday from 6 am to 6 pm for children aged 6 weeks to 12 years. We accommodate flexible schedules, as well as full and part time care. We follow the Lewiston-Porter school calendars, and offer before and/or after school childcare, as well as days off, half days, holiday breaks, and snow days. We also welcome children from other school districts for the same. Imagination Station provides care during the summer for the school-aged children, with daily activities and field trips every week.

Children are separated by age into various classrooms complete with their own age-appropriate curriculum. We begin with Circle Time-songs, calendar counting, and weather activities. Our classrooms include Infants, Waddlers (18 months-2 years), Toddlers (2-3 years), Prek 3, Prek 4, and school-age.
The Prek3 classroom focuses on beginning the skills necessary for prek4 and the later school system. It is in introduction to identifying, writing, reciting, tracing colors, shapes, numbers, and letters. The Prek4 classroom curriculum is designed to know and excel at these skills needed to enter kindergarten.
Staff is available to assist school-aged children with homework in both the morning and afternoon programs. They are encouraged to make good choices and work together in small groups in both programs.
